Dautom is seeking a proactive Admissions Coordinator to manage and grow student admissions for their Dubai-based institution. This full-time, on-site role focuses on guiding prospective students through the admissions process, nurturing leads, and contributing to enrollment growth while maintaining strong relationships with families and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Management

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Guide applicants through the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Coordinate campus tours, interviews, and information sessions.

Ensure all application documents are complete and processed efficiently.
Sales and Enrollment Growth

Follow up with prospective students to increase application conversion rates.

Identify and engage potential students through calls, emails, and outreach events.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the institution’s programs and benefits to effectively communicate the value proposition.

Meet or exceed enrollment targets and key performance metrics.
Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and external partners.

Represent the institution at school fairs, open houses, and community events.
Data and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of communications and admissions activities in the CRM.

Track enrollment trends and report regularly to leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
