Dautom is seeking a proactive Admissions Coordinator to manage and grow student admissions for their Dubai-based institution. This full-time, on-site role focuses on guiding prospective students through the admissions process, nurturing leads, and contributing to enrollment growth while maintaining strong relationships with families and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Guide applicants through the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.

  • Coordinate campus tours, interviews, and information sessions.

  • Ensure all application documents are complete and processed efficiently.

Sales and Enrollment Growth

  • Follow up with prospective students to increase application conversion rates.

  • Identify and engage potential students through calls, emails, and outreach events.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the institution’s programs and benefits to effectively communicate the value proposition.

  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets and key performance metrics.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and external partners.

  • Represent the institution at school fairs, open houses, and community events.

Data and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of communications and admissions activities in the CRM.

  • Track enrollment trends and report regularly to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.

  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Work Type: Full-time, On-site – Dubai
