e& UAE is hiring a Specialist in Core Network Procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives that maximize value, reduce costs, and strengthen vendor relationships. This role involves developing procurement strategies, managing sourcing processes, and ensuring contracts and vendor agreements support operational excellence and cost efficiency. The specialist will collaborate with Budget Holders, Finance, and OpCos to consolidate demand, optimize spend, and safeguard the company’s competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Collect and analyze historical and forecasted spend data per category across OpCos and consolidate into a group-wide Master Procurement Plan.

• Execute strategic sourcing and RFx processes in collaboration with Budget Holders and Finance teams.

• Build long-term partnerships with strategic vendors, drive vendor rationalization, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial terms and contractual clauses in compliance with e& policies and procurement standards.

• Manage transactional procurement aligned with global/local frameworks and agreements.

• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and vendor engagement to protect service performance and company reputation.

• Monitor contract performance and vendor compliance, ensuring deliverables and service levels are consistently met.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in procurement operations.

• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor negotiations.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Budget Holders, and OpCos to achieve procurement goals.
