The role is office-based in Dubai and involves collaborating with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver top-tier design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.

• Develop detailed textures, lighting, and animations to enhance visualizations.

• Ensure visualizations meet high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget compliance.

• Assist in preparing presentation materials and client proposals.

• Maintain organized 3D asset libraries.

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to 3D visualization.

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

• Stay updated on trends, materials, and technology in interior design.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

• 8+ years professional experience in interior design, focusing on luxury projects.

• GCC work experience is a plus.

• Proficient in SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer.

• Skilled in post-production tools like Photoshop and After Effects.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
