Boeing is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the Middle East to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other assigned countries. This full-time role involves payroll execution, employee support, compliance management, and collaboration with HR and business teams.
Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

Execute first-time quality payroll processes for assigned Middle East countries.

Address employee payroll inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.

Collaborate with CloudPay, TCS, and internal HR teams for payroll integration and issue resolution.

Prepare complex payroll and timekeeping reports.
-
Maintain payroll process documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Analyze policies, payroll data, and exceptions to identify improvements and maintain accuracy.
Qualifications / Requirements:

Arabic speaking (reading and writing) required.
-
Minimum 3 years of international payroll experience.

Strong understanding of Middle East payroll statutory requirements.

Experience with payroll and timekeeping platforms and vendor relationships.

Ability to analyze pre- and post-payroll scenarios and resolve discrepancies.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital literacy skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
