Landmark Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for its Dubai stores. This full-time on-site role focuses on creating compelling visual displays to enhance product presentation, improve customer experience, and drive sales. The Visual Merchandiser will work closely with store teams and management to implement creative merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Create special displays to promote products, offers, and campaigns.

• Decide on creative use of space, lighting, and props based on model store learnings.

• Set up in-store displays, dress mannequins, and arrange posters/graphics.

• Ensure prices and other details are visible and comply with guidelines.

• Create branded visual merchandising packs to guide store teams weekly.

• Provide feedback to area VM managers, store managers, and city managers on best practices.

• Train sales staff and store management on effective product displays.

• Remove old displays in a timely manner and adhere to daily plans and deadlines.

• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve bottom-line sales goals.

• Be flexible to work across stores as required by business needs.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Creative thinker with high energy and attention to detail.

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail display preferred.

• Ability to use initiative and operate independently.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with store teams and management.
