Veo Fitness by Emaar is seeking a Fitness Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day gym operations, enhance guest experiences, and drive business growth. This full-time on-site role involves managing facility operations, collaborating with fitness professionals, implementing growth strategies, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in a premium health and fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Oversee daily gym operations, including facility maintenance, equipment management, and cleanliness.

• Develop strategies to attract new members, retain existing ones, and promote gym programs.

• Collaborate with fitness professionals to create engaging classes, events, and programs.

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.

• Manage club P&L, performance metrics, and stakeholder engagement.

• Address member complaints or queries promptly and professionally.

• Uphold brand standards and foster a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Previous experience in health club or fitness operations management.

• Degree in sports management, business management, or related field preferred.

• Strong organizational, computer, and analytical skills.

• Proven track record of achieving targets in prior roles.

• Emotional intelligence and effective people management skills.

• Adaptable, resilient, and driven to achieve business and guest satisfaction goals.

• Strong focus on brand standards, cleanliness, and guest experience.
