Boom Boom Baby, a leading provider of sensory play experiences for babies and toddlers (0–3 years), is hiring a Private Class Leader to deliver bespoke sessions in family homes across Abu Dhabi. The role involves guiding structured activities, managing session logistics, and supporting early childhood development through engaging play.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Deliver engaging sensory play sessions for babies and toddlers (0–3 years).

• Guide parents and nannies through structured activities with professionalism and warmth.

• Manage session setup, delivery, and clean-up (training provided).

• Adapt sessions to meet individual child and family needs.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in high-profile home environments.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in early childhood education is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• Flexible availability: mornings (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) and/or evenings (3:30 PM–6:30 PM).

• Reliable transport within Abu Dhabi with access to own car for traveling to session locations.

• Previous experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
