adidas is seeking a Store Manager for its Abu Dhabi store. This full-time, on-site role involves managing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the store’s commercial success and daily operations.

• Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.

• Lead store team members on the sales floor, providing guidance and training.

• Schedule staff, ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and product availability.

• Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and development of staff.

• Process merchandise deliveries and cash register transactions efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal and financial integrity, and loss prevention procedures.

• Maintain a safe, productive, and customer-focused store environment.

• Collaborate with District Manager and share best practices across stores.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.

• Minimum 18 months’ experience in sports/fashion retail with at least 12 months in Store Management.

• Strong customer and commercial focus.

• Advanced verbal communication skills and intermediate numeracy/literacy.

• Ability to lead teams, set expectations, and manage performance effectively.
