BEAUTH is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and exceptional customer service in-store. This full-time, on-site role focuses on cosmetics and skincare retail, ensuring customers receive expert advice and an elevated shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations (skincare, makeup, fragrance).

• Recommend products and offer cosmetology expertise to enhance the customer experience.

• Achieve individual and counter sales targets; earn commission on each sale.

• Ensure counters are organized, stocked, and maintain brand standards.

• Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty.

• Support in-store promotions, events, and brand activations with energy and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or beauty preferred.

• Confident, outgoing communicator with strong sales skills.

• Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and customer experience.

• Professional appearance and behavior.

• Flexible availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
