Caterpillar Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, is seeking a Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Regional Program Manager for its Electric Power Division in Dubai. This role focuses on developing, marketing, and supporting service agreements for Caterpillar generators across the Africa and Middle East region. The position combines strategic planning, business development, and hands-on support to drive customer adoption of Caterpillar’s branded service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development for Customer Value Agreements (maintenance, condition monitoring, extended warranties) tailored to Africa and Middle East markets.

• Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to expand CVA adoption.

• Provide sales support, training, and tools to regional sales representatives and dealer partners.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product support teams to align CVA offerings with customer needs.

• Monitor key performance indicators, market trends, and customer feedback to improve strategies.

• Maintain strong customer and partner relationships across the region.

Requirements:

• Proven background in business development, sales, or service contract development, preferably in emerging markets.

• Knowledge of customer value alignment, relationship management, and decision-making processes.

• Strong industry knowledge of power generation or related sectors.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.

• Experience in GTM strategy execution.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the EAME region.
