Minimalist.ae, a Dubai-based local brand founded in 2016, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute its digital presence. The brand is known for designing and manufacturing elegant watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods that combine simplicity with sophistication. With two stores across the UAE, Minimalist is rapidly expanding and seeks a professional to strengthen its digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a holistic multi-channel content calendar and social media strategy (quarterly, bi-annual, annual).

• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Conceptualize and translate design ideas into impactful social media content.

• Organize content assets, manage hashtags, and identify opportunities for promotions and seasonal offers.

• Write compelling copy for social media posts and email campaigns.

• Plan, send, measure, and optimize e-mail blasts.

• Conduct competitor and market research to track trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in a managerial digital marketing role within UAE-based eCommerce, luxury goods, fashion, or watch industry.

• Strong knowledge of Emirati culture and consumer behavior.

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and other social platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).

• Graphic design experience with Adobe Suite (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
