Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities according to hotel standards.

• Ensure all housekeeping equipment is tidy, clean, and well maintained.

• Use cleaning products and tools safely and effectively.

• Perform special cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.

• Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to supervisors.

• Handle lost and found items responsibly by reporting to the supervisor.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.

• Deliver a personalized and high-quality guest experience.

• Attend daily briefings and actively participate in teamwork.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage.
