The role involves handling guest luggage, escorting guests, and ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience aligned with Hilton’s service standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from accommodations.

• Transfer, retrieve, and store guest luggage efficiently and safely.

• Introduce guests to their rooms and highlight key features.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.

• Organize and maintain luggage storage areas per hotel guidelines.

• Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of bell desk equipment.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Strong grooming standards with a professional appearance.

• Ability to work flexible hours, under pressure, and both independently and in a team.

• Strong commitment to guest service and delivering high standards.

• Prior experience as a Bell Attendant or in a hotel environment is an advantage.
