Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging content including reels, photos, and videos tailored to real estate marketing.

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Handle photography and videography for property listings.

• Generate leads through social media campaigns and innovative content strategies.

• Promote property listings effectively across digital platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends to maximize audience reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management (real estate experience preferred).

• Proficiency in videography, photography, and editing tools.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategies and professional branding.

• Familiarity with social media trends, reels, and viral content strategies.

• Proactive, creative, and organized personality.

• Prior real estate content creation experience is a strong advantage.
