Talent Strategy/Learning & Development Manager

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a Talent Strategy/Learning & Development Manager to lead and support comprehensive Talent Management initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities, supporting career progression, and aligning programs with business needs through strategic planning and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management & Learning & Development

  • Design and implement regional training programs aligned with business needs and HQ direction.

  • Manage execution and analyze results of training programs across subsidiaries.

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and support regional HR teams.

  • Organize onboarding, promotion, and e-learning activities.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development plans.

Career Development & Assessment Centers

  • Develop and manage career development frameworks and pathways.

  • Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.

  • Facilitate career coaching and mentoring programs.

  • Manage structured Assessment Centers to evaluate competencies, leadership potential, and readiness for career progression.

Regional HR Support & Reporting

  • Establish regional yearly Talent Management Plan.

  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to support training and development planning.

  • Prepare management reports on talent metrics and program outcomes.

  • Ensure alignment with global HR strategies and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8–12 years relevant HR experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA or MA in HR preferred).

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (LMS) and familiarity with Assessment Centers.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Persuasive, socially confident, adaptable, and results-driven.
