Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel to join its growing Legal team in the UAE. This role provides strategic and hands-on legal guidance across the business, advising on compliance, structuring financial products, and managing regulatory interactions. You will engage with UAE and GCC regulators, draft customer-facing legal documents, and lead legal initiatives supporting Revolut’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise the business on compliance and legal issues related to payments, banking, and cryptoassets products.

• Draft and review customer-facing legal documents for financial products.

• Structure and expand Revolut’s financial offerings while managing regulatory expectations.

• Engage proactively with UAE and GCC regulators on legal and compliance matters.

• Lead complex legal initiatives and ensure timely execution under high-pressure situations.

• Manage high-stakes legal issues and provide pragmatic solutions to ambiguous scenarios.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• 6+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in law.

• Strong academic and law firm credentials.

• Proven experience advising on financial regulation in the UAE.

• Knowledge of RPSCS and VARA digital assets regulatory framework.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and provide sound judgement.

• Collaborative and pragmatic mindset with confidence in ambiguous situations.

• Fluency in English.
