du is seeking a Manager Social Media to lead and execute the company’s social media strategy, focusing on consumer and corporate initiatives. The role drives engagement, enhances brand presence, delivers business KPIs, and ensures consistent reporting for performance insights.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead social media strategy execution aligned with company communication and business goals.

Review and approve all written and visual content to ensure brand consistency and tone of voice.

Manage end-to-end campaigns including budgeting, planning, implementation, and delivery.

Collaborate with social media agencies to maximize strategy execution and reporting.

Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Maintain a social media calendar and drive engaging content, activations, and conversations.

Foster cross-functional and stakeholder relationships to align internal and external initiatives.

Stay updated on trends, manage risks, and ensure policy compliance and crisis management.
Key Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.

5–8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in managerial/project management roles.

Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

Proven leadership with collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Solid understanding of UAE business culture and protocols.
-
Analytical mindset with KPI-driven reporting experience.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data-driven approaches.
Qualifications:

Emirati nationals preferred.
