M I R A Construction L.L.C is seeking a skilled Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of prestigious events, exhibitions, and roadshows worldwide. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in managing both small and large-scale events. The ideal candidate will thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and play a key role in creating memorable experiences that enhance the company’s brand and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the end-to-end planning and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, and conferences.

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved.

• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors (venues, catering, audiovisual, promotional suppliers).

• Ensure seamless event delivery by managing logistics, resources, and timelines effectively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, government bodies, exhibitors, partners, and clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met with tailored event experiences.

• Manage multiple business trips within the EU, the UK, and the UAE to oversee international events.

• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per event schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in organizing high-profile events, exhibitions, and roadshows (preferably in real estate development).

• Proven success in managing events from small gatherings to large-scale expos.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and budget management skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environments.

• Experience sourcing and managing vendors across various service categories.

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Eligible for visa-free EU travel or holding EU citizenship (mandatory due to frequent travel).

• Flexibility to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours.
