Emaar is seeking a General Housekeeping Attendant (PFH) to ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation across rooms and public areas. The role focuses on delivering seamless service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain established cleanliness standards in rooms, corridors, pantries, lift landings, and public areas.

• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and delivered with excellence.

• Proactively prevent complaints and provide service recovery when needed.

• Represent Emaar’s brand values throughout the guest journey, ensuring satisfaction from welcome to farewell.

• Collaborate with team members to uphold service quality and guest-first culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel.

• High school diploma/higher secondary education.

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

• Strong adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
