adidas is seeking a Store Supervisor to contribute to store profitability by driving sales, coordinating team members, and ensuring an outstanding customer shopping experience. This role also involves assuming Store Manager responsibilities in their absence while leading and motivating the team to achieve KPIs and maintain brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed sales and KPI targets in assigned store areas.

• Monitor performance data and make adjustments to drive commercial success.

• Allocate resources efficiently to improve productivity and service delivery.

• Be a role model for customer service, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

• Supervise and guide the team to provide optimal service levels at all times.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently representing adidas values and attitude.

• Train team members on product knowledge, seasonal collections, and brand standards.

• Oversee visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.

• Manage stock deliveries, stockroom organization, and replenishment.

• Execute loss prevention procedures and maintain a safe shopping environment.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store staff.

• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance.

• Share best practices to enhance store-wide success.

• Complete all required training programs and apply learnings effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience supervising a fashion/sports retail team.

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Ability to build strong relationships and motivate a diverse team.

• Solid understanding of retail operations.

• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
