The role involves overseeing demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization while working cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, GTM expertise, and experience in consumer electronics or retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support GTM strategy.

• Assist in product positioning, pricing, sales channels, and promotion plans.

• Collaborate with product development, sales, marketing, and customer support teams for effective strategy execution.

• Support planning, resource allocation, risk management, and execution of GTM projects.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize GTM activities based on sales data, market feedback, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

• 5–10 years of product-related experience (GTM experience in consumer electronics or retail preferred).

• Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in market analysis tools, data analysis software, and CRM systems.

• Strong English (mandatory); Chinese language skills are a plus.
