Ejadah is seeking a CAFM Administrator to manage and maintain its Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. This role ensures the smooth operation of building infrastructure and assets by handling data entry, work orders, and generating reports. The ideal candidate has experience with CAFM software, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the CAFM system to track maintenance, assets, and space utilization.

Input, update, and verify data related to facilities, equipment, and assets.

Generate and distribute maintenance schedules, work orders, and service requests.

Monitor progress of work orders and update statuses for timely completion.

Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors via CAFM.

Assist with asset audits and inventory updates.

Produce regular and ad hoc reports on maintenance activities, asset conditions, and space usage.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in the CAFM system.

Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide training and support to facility management staff on the CAFM system as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with CAFM or similar software (ARCHIBUS, Maximo, Planon).

Basic understanding of facility management and building systems.

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
