Carzilla Auto Service, a premium luxury car garage in Dubai, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Senior Service Advisor. The role involves acting as the key liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring accurate diagnosis of automotive issues, providing clear cost estimates, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and coordinating repair services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally upon arrival.

• Document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms accurately.

• Prepare repair orders and describe identified problems and causes.

• Provide cost estimates and clearly explain them to customers.

• Coordinate with service technicians to determine repair timelines.

• Recommend necessary services and maintenance based on guidelines and vehicle history.

• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely updates and follow-ups.

• Handle warranty claims and verify coverage as needed.

• Ensure all repair orders are completed, invoiced, and properly closed.

• Maintain updated knowledge of automotive products and services.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.

• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.

• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.

• Proficiency with service software.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Passion for cars, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.

• Sales experience or upselling ability is a bonus.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
