BOLD Bespoke Design, a leading furniture manufacturing company in Dubai, is seeking a creative and skilled Interior Designer to join their team. The role involves designing concept sketches, preparing BOQs, consulting with clients, coordinating production, and ensuring high-quality design execution for furniture and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits with the company team.

• Meet with clients to determine design requirements and project goals.

• Create concept designs, mood boards, and material selections.

• Prepare bills of quantity (BOQ) after concept approval.

• Arrange accurate site measurements before finalizing detailed drawings.

• Modify drawings based on client feedback and approvals.

• Coordinate with the factory to implement approved designs and samples.

• Use design software to prepare and illustrate final plans.

• Monitor project production status through weekly factory visits if required.

• Conduct market research to update the materials library with latest trends.

• Communicate with clients as needed for clarifications outside regular hours.

• Manage multiple changes in design concepts as requested by clients or head of design.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong visual design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and other design programs.

• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture, and installations.

• Knowledge of furniture materials such as wood finishes, marbles, glass, mirrors, fabrics, wallpaper, and carpets.

• Proven experience in decorating interior spaces with an excellent portfolio.

• Knowledge of art movements, styles, and eclectic design concepts.

• Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure.

• Skilled in combining different textures and materials (wood, marble, steel, glass) and furniture layout planning.

• Knowledge of loose and fixed furniture detail drawings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or relevant field.

• 1–2 years of experience in furniture and fit-out projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
