Emirates Bio Farm, the UAE’s largest private organic farm, is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of farm-based events. Dedicated to organic agriculture, sustainability, and community engagement, the farm hosts tours, workshops, festivals, and corporate retreats. The Events Coordinator will ensure smooth event operations, excellent guest experiences, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of the annual calendar of events including tours, workshops, festivals, and corporate gatherings.

Coordinate event logistics such as venue setup, catering, signage, and equipment.

Act as on-site contact for guests, guide farm experiences, and ensure schedules run smoothly.

Monitor event areas to ensure safety, compliance, and high service standards.

Liaise with vendors, partners, and collaborators for seamless event integration.

Assist with budget tracking, expense documentation, event reports, and visitor feedback collection.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer engagement.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to work outdoors and adapt to different weather conditions.
