Fit Staff Recruitment Agency is looking for a dynamic Gym Manager to lead a thriving fitness center in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, leadership, and delivering an exceptional member experience. The Gym Manager will oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, manage staff, and ensure a motivating environment for both employees and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily gym operations, facilities, equipment, and cleanliness.

• Recruit, train, and supervise gym staff including sales, reception, GX, and PT teams.

• Monitor membership sales, renewals, and cancellations; work with marketing to drive growth.

• Manage budgets, expenses, payroll, invoices, and financial reporting.

• Foster a positive customer experience; resolve concerns and organize community engagement activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration/Business Management.

• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience.

• Professional English communication skills.

• Strong leadership, customer service, and management abilities.

• Proven ability to drive membership growth and retention.

Salary & Benefits:

• Tax-free salary up to AED 14,000/month (approx. USD 3,800) based on experience.
