The Food and Beverage Attendant plays a vital role in delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This is an excellent opportunity to build your hospitality career with one of the world’s leading hotel groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and welcoming service to all guests.

• Understand and follow outlet policies, service standards, and procedures.

• Have full knowledge of menu items, beverage lists, garnishes, and preparation methods.

• Assist guests with menu choices in an informative and helpful manner.

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies when handling food and beverages.

• Report to duty punctually in a clean, well-pressed uniform with a name badge.

• Handle cash and non-cash transactions according to hotel procedures.

• Participate in pre-meal briefings, weekly and monthly meetings.

• Ensure proper counting and handling of linen at the end of each shift.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the F&B team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience with Micros system preferred (training provided if needed).
