Aldar Education is seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist to join Noya British School in Abu Dhabi starting August 2025. Situated on Yas Island, Noya British School is Aldar Education’s flagship school, offering a high-quality British curriculum within a vibrant international community. The school emphasizes excellence in academics, personalized learning, sustainability, and inclusivity.

This role is ideal for a customer-service-oriented individual who thrives in a multicultural educational environment and wants to be part of a leading school group in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, staff, and parents, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Greet visitors and provide accurate school information in-person, by phone, or via email.

• Support parents during the admissions and registration process.

• Handle administrative tasks such as attendance registers, filing, photocopying, database management, and responding to routine correspondence.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls following school protocols.

• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

• Assist with mail distribution, transportation arrangements, and clerical support for school departments.

• Log and manage admissions enquiries in the MIS system.

• Provide accurate information on school curriculum, education levels, and tuition fees.

• Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum 2 years of customer-focused work experience (preferably in education).

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage parent interactions in a multicultural environment.

• Proficiency in office management tasks, including MS Office, databases, and administrative support.
