WPP Media, a leading global media collective under WPP, is seeking a Senior Media Executive to join their Dubai team. The role involves developing and executing innovative digital media strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and driving measurable growth and brand visibility for clients. This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of digital media experience who are ready to take on more responsibility, lead projects, and contribute strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and performance data to inform decision-making.

• Design, execute, and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.

• Oversee campaign budgets and track performance against KPIs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging, high-quality content.

• Plan and manage PPC, display ads, and social media ad campaigns.

• Provide insights, reports, and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media, marketing, or campaign management.

• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).

• Proven track record in content creation, digital advertising, and analytics.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
