GOV SERVICES, INC., a trusted provider of government and business support solutions, is seeking a Finance Manager (Tagalog Speaker) to join their Dubai office. The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis while ensuring the company’s fiscal health. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports.

• Manage budgeting processes and prepare financial forecasts.

• Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to ensure fiscal health.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with departments to monitor budgets and expenditures.

• Present comprehensive financial updates to senior management.

• Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are an advantage.

• Proven experience in finance leadership roles.

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai.

• Salary expectation: AED 15,000.
