We are seeking a Construction Foreman to oversee daily site activities, manage manpower, ensure quality standards, and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth site operations and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship in line with project specifications.

• Coordinate and manage manpower effectively.

• Interpret and execute blueprints, drawings, and project plans.

• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to construction teams.

• Communicate progress and updates to management and stakeholders.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction processes.

• Proven experience in the construction or fit-out industry.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Skills in quality control and manpower management.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
