YOOCHA MATCHA is a fast-growing Japanese matcha supplier that has been shaking up the Middle East market for the past 4 years. Supplying premium matcha to over 800 cafes and specialty coffee shops, YOOCHA MATCHA is now seeking a Human Resources Executive to drive recruitment, optimize HR processes, and support team development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and vibrant team and play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: drafting job descriptions, interviewing, evaluating, and making strong hires.

• Hire across different levels: interns, associates, and managers.

• Manage HR processes including onboarding, assessments, performance evaluations, and talent development.

• Oversee HR documentation, PTO tracking, and visa processes.

• Build onboarding and training systems to improve employee integration.

• Organize team engagement activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, and team-building events.

• Stay updated on HR trends and implement improvements relevant to the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

• Strong recruitment and hiring skills across multiple functions.

• High emotional intelligence with a genuine passion for people.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring requirements.

• Ability to manage large candidate databases.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Proactive mindset and eagerness for growth.
