JMT ELITE CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a Helper (Steel Fixer) to assist in steel fixing tasks on construction sites. This is an on-site contract role, ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and contribute to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist steel fixers in preparing, placing, and securing steel reinforcement on construction sites.

• Support daily site operations as instructed by supervisors.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

• Follow company safety protocols and site regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or steel fixing is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions.

• Willingness to work full-time, on-site, and adhere to company policies.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 1,000 per month

• Overtime: 2 hours/day (additional pay)

• Food Allowance: AED 200 per month

• Duty Hours: 8 hours/day

• Work Days: 26 days/month
