FranchiseBAZAR, a leading global franchise consultancy, is expanding across the UAE and seeking ambitious individuals to become Co-Founders / Country Master Franchise Owners. This entrepreneurial role offers the opportunity to lead a franchise consultancy, connect businesses with global franchise opportunities, and drive scalable growth while being backed by FranchiseBAZAR’s international expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a franchise consultancy in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, or Ajman.

• Connect entrepreneurs, SMEs, investors, and business buyers with innovative franchise opportunities.

• Advise UAE-based brands to become franchise-ready and expand regionally and internationally.

• Represent FranchiseBAZAR’s portfolio of 4,000+ global and regional brands.

• Recruit, manage, and inspire a branch network while collaborating with consultants, brokers, and financial advisors.

• Provide A-Z franchise development solutions and contribute to new business model evolution in the UAE market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Senior investors or management professionals (CXO, Director, Partner, VP, Head of Business, Consultants) seeking high-growth franchise opportunities.

• Minimum investment of AED 150,000 and a dedicated office (300 sq. ft) in Dubai or equivalent commitment in other UAE cities.

• Strong UAE network in business, investment, real estate, government, and corporate sectors.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a strong plus.

• Proven business development experience with access to entrepreneurs, investors, and new clients.

• Experience in business advisory, consulting, franchise sales, B2B strategy, or management roles preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Operate as an independent business owner under an exclusive country license.

• Potential to earn up to 70% revenue share from deals closed, with no upper limit.
