Wood Couture, a leading manufacturer of bespoke furniture, artwork, and decorative accessories for luxury hospitality and residential projects, is seeking a Pricing Coordinator. This role is key to ensuring accurate project costing, competitive pricing, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pricing proposals and bids, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications.

• Review project documentation and develop BOQs (Bills of Quantities).

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures.

• Collaborate with business development, project management, and finance teams.

• Research and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates.

• Prepare proposal documents, risk assessments, and negotiate pricing.

• Identify areas for pricing process improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Prior experience in pricing, preferably in manufacturing or hospitality.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PDF editing tools.

• Knowledge of BOQs and Interior Design Specifications.

• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
