A brand-new boutique Reformer Pilates studio is opening this August in Dubai, and we’re seeking a Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join as a founding team member. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a client-first community, lead engaging classes, and contribute to the growth of a supportive and premium studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging group Reformer Pilates classes.

• Deliver private and duet sessions as required.

• Assist with front desk duties and light administrative tasks.

• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to social media content.

• Help convert trial clients into regular members through soft sales.

• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and clean studio space.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

• Certified in Reformer Pilates (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Polestar, or similar).

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.

• Strong communication skills in English; warm and approachable personality.

• Experience in boutique, premium, or small-group fitness settings preferred.

• Passionate about building relationships and fostering a supportive community.

• Reliable, professional, and adaptable, with willingness to support daily studio operations.

• UAE-based candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to AED 12,000/month (approx. USD 3,267) – based on experience and qualifications.

• 35% commission on private sessions.
