Hyyge Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Helper to join its team in Fujairah. This role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen and food service. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in food preparation, cutting, washing, and basic cooking tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following sanitation standards.

• Support food and beverage operations, including restocking supplies when needed.

• Ensure that kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations are clean and organized.

• Assist in cooking tasks as directed by the chef or supervisor.

• Deliver excellent customer service and support in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

• Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

• Basic skills in food preparation and cooking.

• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Good customer service and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent is an advantage.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
