Mediclinic Group is seeking a Patient Administrator (Locum) to manage patient scheduling, registration, and insurance processes while ensuring high-quality patient care. The role supports smooth administrative operations in a healthcare environment and contributes to excellent patient service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently.

Oversee medical insurance processing and related administrative tasks.

Handle billing and cash-up processes accurately.

Maintain high customer service standards, enhancing patient experience.

Use hospital information systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.

Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
Candidate Requirements:

Completed secondary school education (Grade 12) is essential; tertiary diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical science, finance, or accounting preferred.

2–3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare.

Experience in a contact center or healthcare environment is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and hospital information systems.

Knowledge of medical insurance processes, medical terminology, and numerical literacy.
