Emirates Islamic is seeking a motivated Assistant Relationship Manager to support business banking operations. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals and focuses on assisting Relationship Managers in credit proposals, portfolio management, deal structuring, and credit risk oversight. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Relationship Manager in preparing credit proposals, including spreads and client documentation.

• Manage portfolio documentation, follow-ups, and utilization of credit limits.

• Act as a surrogate for the Relationship Manager in daily transactions, past dues management, and account management.

• Oversee credit risk within the assigned portfolio to maintain high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on deal structuring to optimize value from credit and policy perspectives.

Requirements / Candidate Profile:

• UAE Nationals only.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of SME/Corporate credit analysis experience.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
