A new high-end wellness concept in the UAE is seeking a Wellness Experience Trainer to join the pre-opening team. This role combines hands-on spa expertise with team coaching and leadership development, offering the opportunity to shape treatment experiences and grow into a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver initial and ongoing therapist training in massage, sensory treatments, and holistic wellness rituals.

• Co-create treatment protocols, SOPs, and multi-sensory guest experiences.

• Onboard, coach, and uplift the therapist team to meet luxury service standards.

• Align training programs with brand values and guest journey flow.

• Collaborate on feedback loops to continuously refine treatments and team performance.

• Progress into a team lead or spa manager role as the business scales.

Requirements / Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in spa, wellness, or holistic healing environments (training experience required).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident leading small groups.

• Passion for wellness education, therapist development, and sensory treatments.

• Eagerness to grow into leadership or operations within the wellness industry.

• Interest in multi-sensory, emotional, or sound-based treatments is a plus.

• UAE experience is helpful but not essential.
