This role provides upscale guest service experiences and ensures personalized luxury service for every guest. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the guest stay.

• Engage proactively with third-party vendors including transportation, valet, and car rental companies.

• Recommend local tourist attractions, dining, shopping, and sightseeing spots.

• Monitor and report on service standards, guest feedback, and suggest improvements.

• Utilize various Front Office computer systems to manage guest requests and operations.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customer service-oriented with cross-cultural sensitivity.

• Knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, restaurants, and key locations.

• Guest-centric mindset with attention to guest preferences.

Schedule & Hours:

• 6 days per week, 48 working hours
