Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout the property transaction process.

• Manage sales activities including property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Work with leading developers and represent premium projects across Dubai.

• Use CRM systems effectively to track leads, follow-ups, and transactions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage fresh campaigns and digital marketing strategies for lead generation.

• Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market, property trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience preferred; candidates with a sales background are welcome to apply.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and developers is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Valid UAE Driving License is required.

• Must already be located in Dubai or the UAE.
