Zreik Line Logistics, a trusted logistics company with over 70 years of regional transport expertise, is hiring a Customs Clearance Specialist for its operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA). The role involves handling import, export, and transit declarations, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with authorities, and streamlining clearance processes. This position offers flexible employment options: full-time, part-time, or commission-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clearance of sea cargo at Jebel Ali Free Zone and oversee overland export formalities.

• Prepare, submit, and track import/export/transit declarations via Dubai Trade and Mirsal 2.

• Handle amendments, deposits, and guarantee refunds with Dubai Customs.

• Ensure compliance with customs and free zone regulations, including timely exit certificates.

• Classify goods accurately with correct HS codes and secure approvals from UAE authorities (MOFAIC, Dubai Municipality, MOCCAE, MOHAP).

• Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams for smooth cargo clearance and delivery.

• Stay updated on customs regulations, compliance requirements, and trade laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of customs clearance experience in UAE (imports & exports).

• Strong working knowledge of Dubai Trade processes (import, export, transit BOE, D/O, Duty Payment).

• Practical experience with JAFZA and Dubai Customs operations.

• Familiarity with sea freight clearance, overland exports, and related documentation.

• Skilled in preparing import/export documents (invoice, packing list, HS codes) with proficiency in Excel and Word.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Dedication to contribute to company growth and readiness for a future managerial role.
