Kitopi, a leading tech-powered multi-brand restaurant platform, is looking for a Hostess to join its hospitality team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests, the Hostess will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

• Manage reservations and waitlists using seating charts or booking systems.

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

• Communicate wait times clearly and handle special seating requests when possible.

• Coordinate seating arrangements with servers and kitchen staff to optimize service flow.

• Answer phone calls and address guest inquiries courteously.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/front-of-house area.

• Handle guest complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.

• Provide administrative support and assist with daily operations as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
