Apparel Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of its retail store in Dubai. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. The Assistant Store Manager will also take charge in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth operations and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Focus

• Ensure customer needs are prioritized at all times.

• Lead by example in providing high-quality customer service.

• Drive store sales and actively work toward achieving/exceeding sales targets.

• Communicate KPIs and performance expectations to the team.

• Implement promotions and stock-related offers effectively.

Store Administration

• Conduct regular store audits and resolve administrative issues.

• Collaborate with Store Manager on sales targets and monitor KPIs.

• Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

• Oversee inventory, stock checks, and replenishment.

• Ensure store layout and visual presentation align with brand standards.

Team Management

• Manage staff schedules, leaves, and performance.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Encourage teamwork and staff participation in goal setting.

• Ensure compliance with company dress code and image standards.

Security & Operations

• Maintain strong awareness of stock and cash security procedures.

• Uphold safety, security, and company policies at all times.

• Ensure operational checklists and compliance requirements are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or customer-focused roles.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.

• High integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
