Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.

• Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends and property listings.

• Promote and market available properties through various channels.

• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.

• Negotiate and close deals with transparency and integrity.

• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Attend training sessions and be open to learning market strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate is preferred, but motivated fresh candidates are welcome.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.

• Flexibility to attend online and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
