Khales Engineering Consultancy, a leading firm in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, is hiring a qualified Electrical Engineer / MEP Engineer to join its growing team in Dubai/Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, supervision, and authority coordination of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards. A valid UAE Engineer License with eligibility to apply for SEWA and FEWA approvals is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review electrical system designs in compliance with UAE authority regulations and international standards.

• Handle submissions, NOCs, and approval processes with SEWA, FEWA, and other authorities using a personal license.

• Prepare technical documents including load schedules, single-line diagrams, reports, and drawings for approval.

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and mechanical teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.

• Supervise, inspect, and provide technical support during construction phases to resolve site-related issues.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely submissions and project approvals.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.

• Maintain proper authority records, application logs, and ensure compliance with municipality requirements.

• Assist in project tendering, preparing BOQs, and evaluating subcontractors’ compliance with authority regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

• Valid UAE Engineer License (preferably approved by Sharjah and Fujairah Municipalities).

• Mandatory eligibility to apply for SEWA and FEWA approvals under personal license.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in authority submissions and supervision of electrical systems.

• Strong knowledge of UAE standards, SEWA/FEWA guidelines, and international electrical codes (NEC, IEC, etc.).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, electrical calculation software, and MS Office.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
