We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist / Architect who is passionate about innovation, automation, and building scalable AI-driven solutions. This role is perfect for professionals with an owner’s mindset who thrive in a flexible, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end automation workflows using n8n (primary platform).

• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, etc.) for tasks such as classification, extraction, generation, and RAG pipelines.

• Build innovative tools like B-roll video taggers, Amazon review sentiment trackers, AI-powered lead scoring engines, and agent-based integrations.

• Occasionally create or enhance lightweight React dashboards/front-end solutions.

• Ensure proper documentation, thorough testing, and timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ production-grade projects built in n8n (or similar automation tools).

• Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, pagination, and retries.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major AI API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).

• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and ability to work with JSON.

• Bonus expertise with tools such as Make.com, Zapier, Pipedream, Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, or LangChain.

• Operator mindset: reliable, autonomous, and outcome-driven.

• Proficiency in English (B2+).

• Big Plus: Experience building internal tools with Retool.
