Aeropeople Ltd is hiring a Crewman Instructor for CH-47 and UH-60 helicopters. This full-time on-site role is based in Abu Dhabi and includes a full relocation package. The instructor will deliver academic and practical instruction on technical subjects and tactical crewman training, develop lesson plans and training materials, conduct evaluations, and perform continuation training and operational duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic and flight training programs for Special Operations Aviation crew members.

• Create lesson plans, training aids, and study guides aligned with mission and qualification requirements.

• Administer written, oral, and in-flight evaluations, including NVG qualifications and door gunnery instruction.

• Maintain and manage aircrew training records and documentation.

• Deliver classroom and informal instruction sessions.

• Assist in updating unit regulations, SOPs, Aircrew Training Manuals, and tactical procedures.

• Provide ongoing continuation training during operational missions.

• Work flexible hours as required by operational demands.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Graduate.

• Certified Crewman Instructor from a recognized institution.

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certified or equivalent.

• Pass a UAE Military Flight Physical.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under high-stress situations and across diverse cultural environments.
