JWD Real Estate, a boutique firm in Dubai, is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Calling) to strengthen its sales pipeline. The role involves direct outreach to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters to spark interest, qualify leads, and book appointments for agents. This is a full-time, on-site position offering both a fixed salary and attractive commissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients (buyers, sellers, renters).

Qualify and screen leads to ensure genuine interest and intent.

Log client interactions and update lead information in CRM systems.

Book appointments and follow-ups for real estate agents.

Align with the sales team to refine strategy and messaging.

Consistently achieve or exceed weekly lead generation targets.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Energetic, confident, and fearless attitude toward cold calling.

Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market preferred, but not required.

Self-driven with a proactive, independent mindset.

Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work.
Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000/month.
